Florescent Pigment Powders are highly pigmented powders that can be used mixed directly into your epoxy, brushed on tacky epoxy, mixed with 91% alcohol to make florescent alcohol ink. They glow under the black light and add that extra pop of color to your finished products. They are matte so there is no pearl or sheen effect to them. Each of the 12 colors come in a 1/2oz jar by volume.
