Z & L Bracket Kit for the SR1-MAG-1200ST Stainless Steel Mag Locks

The Z & L Brackets for the SR1-MAG-1200ST Stainless Steel Maglock are a set of accessories designed for Maglocks, to enable them to be installed on inward-opening doors that may have limited space or other restrictions. The Z & L bracket kit includes two main components: An "L" bracket that allows the maglock to be mounted on the header frame. An adjustable "Z" assembly that consists of two "L" brackets and is installed on the door to hold the armature plate securely in place. By utilising these Z & L brackets, installation of a maglock becomes possible on doors that would otherwise be challenging to install. SR1-MAG-1200ST Z & L Brackets Installation Guide Find a mounting location on the door frame for the L bracket. Ensure that the door can still close. Use the fixing bolt to tighten the electromagnet lock on the L bracket. Assemble the Z bracket and ensure the Z bracket is adjustable. Insert the guide pins into the armature plate. Assemble the armature plate and the Z bracket. (Must add rubber washer). Close the door and connect the power. Test the tightness and adjust the Z bracket to fit the door. Secure the Z bracket to the door.           Important Note: Ensure that the rubber washer is not fully tight to allow the armature plate to move slightly and fully mate with the maglock otherwise the maglock will not achieve full locking strength.
